Hot Bar Soldering - Standard-Systems
 

BL40i - Sliding Table 1

 

Hot Bar Soldering System with automatic rotary table (Desktop-edition). Diameter of turntable: 330mm. On the turntable of the system there are mounting possibilities for 2 product jigs. Simultanous loading / unloading and soldering. The turntable is actuated by a drive wheel, launched by a two-handed release. The turntable is locked automatically and the Hot Bar Soldering process is initiated. The system enclosure is available in different versions (e.g. ESD acryl glass or profile enclosure with safety door). Semi-gimballed suspension of the soldering bar for best possible co-planar pressure of the soldering bar on the solder joint (for the soldering of plane solder joints).		 BL40i - Sliding Table 1
