Large area Heat Seal System. A system for large area heat sealing- and lamination processes up to 200x200mm. Temperature range 50-300ºC, application force up to 15,000N. A large surface heating head with multiple temperature monitoring and optimum thermal homogeneity at the heating head. The transfer table system is equipped with a customised workpiece carrier. To absorb the high forces necessary in the process, the transfer table is fitted with a high load linear guide. There is integrated precision temperature control, timing control and protection and monitoring. |
