UV-D1000
A belt system with two UV F-450 surface emitters and a conveyor belt of UV-resistant silicon fabric.
The distance between the integral UV emitters and the belt or the product on the belt can be varied.
In the standard version, the speed is adjustable from 0-1 m/min.
Higher conveyor speeds are available on request.
The standard belt width is 450mm and can be supplied in other widths if required. The length of the system is approximately 2000mm.
The openings of the inlet and outlet tunnels are adjustable in height and can be matched to the product geometry.
Operational readiness control, initiated when the emitters are burnt in and so operationally ready, starts the belt. |
