UV-Lightbox 450

A UV-F 450, 450W large surface emitter in a large lightbox with a manually operated shutter.

The door of the box can be opened only when the shutter is closed preventing radiation from entering the chamber. When the shutter is open, the door is locked.

No mains supply voltage is necessary for the lightbox and the UV emitter has a separate power supply.

Adaptor plates are available to fix different UV emitters, such as hand lamps, UV-F 450 or specific customer instruments.

UV-F250B (with Lightbox)

Small surface UV emitter with an integral shutter system and small irradiation chamber.

Particularly well-suited for irradiating small rectangular surfaces.

Height-adjustable loading plate.

The integrated shutter is pneumatically operated and opened and shut in a timed manner by means of the integrated timer.

Standard 250W emitters with all popular spectra can be used.

UV-E 400B (with UV Chamber1)

Irradiation chamber with 400W or 1000W emitters.

The internal base plate can be inserted into the lateral guides at different heights.

The drawer base is loaded with the products to be irradiated and the door is closed and locked and the irradiation started.

The integral UV emitter is fitted with a shutter.

Only after the door is closed and locked can radiation be emitted following the automatic opening of the shutter system.

Should the door be forcibly opened during irradiation, the UV emitter is automatically switched off.

There is an integral power-monitoring UV sensor and if the measured UV output falls below a set value, an alarm is generated.

The system has a small SPS with a display. The required irradiation time can be set and the time already expired is displayed.

There is also a permanently running operating hours clock and an operating hours clock which can be reset.

The irradiation procedure can be stopped if necessary by means of a push button.

UV-E 400B (with UV Chamber2)

Irradiation chamber with 400W or 1000W emitters.

The internal base plate can be inserted into the lateral guides at different heights.

The drawer base is loaded with the products to be irradiated and the door is closed and locked and the irradiation started.

The integral UV emitter is fitted with a shutter. Only after the door is closed and locked can radiation be emitted following the automatic opening of the shutter system.
