Detailed information: Positioning of stranded wires on the soldering areas of the PCBs.

The wires are guided in grooves and are held in position by a clamping device.

A "comb" made of sheet metal ensures the correct position of the wires.

The insulation of the stranded wires is stopped by the comb.

Just the stripped and pre-tinned part of the wires is allowed to touch the soldering pads.

The removal of the finished parts is facilitated by an ejector mechanism.
