The cables are fixed and held in position by a clamping device.

The positions of the PCBs can each be adjusted by an adjusting mechanism.

By means of a basic xy-stage the connection flex of the LCD can be aligned with the soldering pads on the PCB.

Placing in of the PCB and the display (incl. housing), adjusting of the flex in x-axis and following Hot Bar Soldering of the connection.

After the soldering process the display and the housing are moved onto the PCB and snapped into place.

After the assembling process the fixture can be opened and the product can be removed.
