Product jig with assembly fixture for the soldering of an LCD-connection flex on a PCB.

Placing in of the PCB and the display (incl. housing), adjusting of the flex in x-axis and following Hot Bar Soldering of the connection.

After the soldering process the display and the housing are moved onto the PCB and snapped into place.

After the assembling process the fixture can be opened and the product can be removed.
