Point Emitters - UV-P 280-6 (with chamber)

Point Emitters - UV-P 280-6 (with chamber)

Irradiation system with a 6-point point emitter system and irradiation chamber. Six optical cables carry the required UV radiation into the chamber and onto the product (UV adhesive curing). The products to be irradiated are loaded into the chamber on a carrier. The door of the chamber is closed and automatically locked. Radiation takes place for a set period. A safety plate in the door blocks any radiation from escaping. more...

Point Emitters - UV-P 280-4

UV point emitter system which can be connected to up to 4 optic cables, each of 5m diameter (active core diameter). Connection to multiple fibre cables is also possible. The UV radiation produced by the point emitter is coupled into two optic cables (one at the front and one at the back of the instrument) Both cables can be controlled separately. Irradiation is started by means of a foot switch and irradiation times can be programmed at each cable connection. Optionally, sensors can be incorporated to monitor the aperture opening. UV-A filter caps are also optionally available. more...

Point Emitters - UV-P 280-2

UV point emitter system for connection to two optical cables each of 8mm diameter (active core diameter) The connection of multi-fibre fibre optic cables is also possible. The UV radiation produced by the point emitter is coupled into two optic cables (one at the front and one at the back of the instrument) Both cables can be controlled separately. At a workplace where two point light instruments are needed, two tasks can be carried out independently of each other with one device by using a UV-P 280-2. Radiation is initiated by a foot switch and irradiation times can be programmed at each cable connection. Optionally, sensors can be incorporated to monitor the aperture opening. UV-A filter caps are also optionally available. more...

Double Hot Bar Soldering System with rotary table. Stand-alone edition. Diameter of turntable: 500mm Soldering system for soldering stranded wires with two separately working soldering bars. On each jig there are two products that can be soldered simultaneously. After manual turning the table, flux is applied onto the joint components (soldering area and stranded wires) with a profiled dispensing nozzle (MV2000 dispensing valve). Both the flux unit and the soldering unit are fixed to an x-axis. The units are moved above the jig as required. After the flux process the hot bar soldering process takes place. The system is equipped with an automatic cleaning station for the soldering bar. The cleaning process takes place during the flux application and, therefore, does not affect the cycle time. more...

Standard-Systems - HVS40i Inlinesystem

Standard-Systems - HVS40i Inlinesystem

A heat staking system for integration in a customer in-line system (E.G. the Bosch TS) with workpiece carriers. In this example, the heat staking process was split into two work stations with a total of 6 positions. At each station, 3 plastic pins were formed into dome shapes. The control of the belt section of the in-line system can be taken over by the heat staking system or by the customer’s control system. The circulating workpiece holders are indexed into the working stations or raised. The indexing units are specifically designed for the fairly high forces encountered in the heat staking process. The integration of the heat staking control into the customer system takes place by means of standard interfaces (digital input/output, Profibus or TCP/IP network). The functionality of the heat staking system can therefore be monitored and controlled or process data can be transferre more...

Point Emitters - UV-P 250C (doubled)

Point Emitters - UV-P 250C (doubled)

250W double point emitter system with focused optics. UV-P 250C is a point emitter, which functions without the need of an optic cable. The UV radiation generated in the device is reflected by a concave mirror and focused by a lens system and projected onto the surface to be irradiated. This system generates a high intensity UV output. It is best suited for applications with irradiation surfaces up to 30mm. The radiation outlet can, optionally, be fitted with a pneumatic shutter/aperture and the shutter is released by a controller provided by the customer. The housing can be flexibly retrofitted into existing plant or can be fixed to an optional tripod. The integral lens system is designed for all UV wavelengths and, optionally, an additional filter (eg for black light) can be fitted in the optics. more...

Irradiation Chambers - UV-E 400B

Irradiation Chambers - UV-E 400B

Drawer/Irradiation chamber with 450W emitters. The drawer is loaded with the products to be irradiated and pushed into the system, where it is automatically locked and the irradiation commenced. The integral UV lamp is fitted with a shutter and only after the drawer is locked in position can radiation be emitted following the automatic opening of the shutter system. Should the door be forcibly opened during irradiation, the UV emitter is automatically switched off. There is an integral power-monitoring UV sensor and if the measured UV output falls below a set value, an alarm is generated. The system has a small SPS with a display. The required irradiation time can be set and the time already expired is displayed. There is also a permanently running operating hours clock and an operating hours clock which can be reset. The irradiation procedure can be stopped if neces more...

Standard-Systems - HVS 10P

Heat staking system with a permanently heated tool/heat staking head. Specially developed design for plastic forming processes. can be used in a permanently heated forming tool. Typical applications are heat staking of Teflon membranes in or on a thermoplastic material.. There is no need for cooling after the heat staking phase. Temperature range according to application is for example 50-500°C, the process time is freely adjustable. The tailor-made tool, after a warm-up phase between 0.5 to 3 minutes depending on the application, is held at a constant temperature, monitored by the control system within adjustable limits. A path measurement is not possible within the framework of permanently heated systems. Optionally, power measurement can be optionally integrated. The forming tools can be easily removed after cooling and the system can then be used for different applicatio more...
