Standard-Systems - HVS20i

Heat staking system for use with a hand held thermode. A temporarily heated system, where active cooling of the product takes place after the heating phase. This system is intended for applications which allow manual feed of the heat staking die. The operator feeds the heat staking die, which is fixed to a handle, to the product to be heat-sealed and he then starts the heat staking process by means of a separate starter switch or a foot switch. The heating phase, programmed into the control system, is started and the product is formed under the manual forcing action of the operator. Typically, the heating phase runs to 2-3 seconds. After the heating phase, the die and the formed product are actively cooled at the programmed temperature. The die can finally be removed from the product. The total heating process can be programmed as required in the control syst more...

Heat staking application for fixing a circuit board in a plastic body. The circuit board is located in an injection moulding part with prepared parts. The plastic domes fed through the circuit board are formed into a rivet by the die, so that the circuit board is fixed in the plastic part. Thermoplastic materials such as PA, PP, PBT, POM, PC and PE (also with glass fibre content) are caulked. more...

Heating Heads - Heating Head (with Silicon Belt)

Heating Heads - Heating Head (with Silicon Belt)

Heater head with a double heater rail unit and an automatic silicon belt transport system. The transport system is used for a conductive silicon belt, also called an interposer belt. This belt protects the heater rail and the product from the transient very high forces which are necessary for the heat sealing process. It also improves product quality or adhesion quality, by better distribution of the adhesive, especially between the conductor paths on the circuit board. The system is driven by an electric motor. The conveying length of the belt and the number of heat seal cycles between the transport pulses can be adjusted in the system. The belt tension, the belt length and the general availability of the belt are automatically monitored. Consequently the process is protected against product damage which could be caused by torn belts or used belts. more...

Pressure Tank Systems - TD-2000S

Pressure Tank Systems - TD-2000S

Double tank system with two 6bar pressure vessels. Ideal for dispensing of 2-component materials, which are dosed in the 50/50 ratio with a static mixing nozzle. The pressure vessels are each designed to accommodate containers up to one liter. The necessary pressure of each pressure vessel can be separately set. An integrated timer controls the pulse duration of the attached dispensing valve. Optional fill level sensors and tank pressure sensors can be integrated. Different dispensing valves can be controlled by the tank system. more...

Multiple Dispensing Nozzles - Example 2

Multiple Dispensing Nozzles - Example 2

Multiple Dispensing Nozzles are equipped with a variety of individuall dispensing needles. The needles are arranged according to product-specific geometries. Complex dispensing tasks can be carried out in a short time. Large amounts of material can be applied quickly. Multiple dispensing nozzles are used for static dispensing tasks i.e. recurring shapes. Different types of needles with different cross sections can be used for every multiple dispensing nozzle. more...

Soldering of single stranded wires on a metal foil. Use of a profiled soldering bar for the optimal positioning of the stranded wires to the soldering pads and for an improved heat input compared to a flat soldering bar. The profiling of the soldering bar is product-specific and, therefore, can be adapted to the respective wire cross section. There is an open choice of the number of profilings. Profilings can be of different shapes and sizes. Thus conductors with different cross sections can be soldered in just one process step. more...

Irradiation Chambers - UV-E 400B (with UV Chamber2)

Irradiation Chambers - UV-E 400B (with UV Chamber2)

Irradiation chamber with 400W or 1000W emitters. The internal base plate can be inserted into the lateral guides at different heights. The drawer base is loaded with the products to be irradiated and the door is closed and locked and the irradiation started. The integral UV emitter is fitted with a shutter. Only after the door is closed and locked can radiation be emitted following the automatic opening of the shutter system. Should the door be forcibly opened during irradiation, the UV emitter is automatically switched off. There is an integral power-monitoring UV sensor and if the measured UV output falls below a set value, an alarm is generated. The system has a small SPS with a display. The required irradiation time can be set and the time already expired is displayed. There is also a permanently running operating hours clock and an operating hours clock which ca more...

Standard-Systems - BL40i – Rotary Table 1

Hot Bar Soldering System with automatic rotary table (Desktop-edition). Diameter of turntable: 330mm. On the turntable of the system there are mounting possibilities for 2 product jigs. Simultanous loading / unloading and soldering. The turntable is actuated by a drive wheel, launched by a two-handed release. The turntable is locked automatically and the Hot Bar Soldering process is initiated. The system enclosure is available in different versions (e.g. ESD acryl glass or profile enclosure with safety door). Semi-gimballed suspension of the soldering bar for best possible co-planar pressure of the soldering bar on the solder joint (for the soldering of plane solder joints). Precise linear guide for stranded wire- or cable solderings. Adjustable pressure for both options. Quick-change system for soldering bars with plug-in connector and mounting device on a pneu more...
